Fee Structure
Our work on your behalf commences when you have signed and returned the Conditions of Business and the registration fee referred to below has been paid in full.
Once instructed as such, we commit ourselves to finding a suitable property that fits your needs and requirements, always paying careful attention to your brief and wish list.
Fees Breakdown
We will be expending considerable time and effort on your behalf to find the right property for you. Our initial retainer fee of £500 is payable on instruction and deductible from the final success fee when completion takes place.
Thereafter our fee is 1.25% of the purchase price, 50% of which is payable on the day of exchange,
with the remaining 50% plus VAT upon completion, of 1.25% of the purchase price for any property introduced to you by us or our partner agents.
Should you purchase through another agent a property shown to you by ourselves or our partner agents, you will be charged 1.25% plus VAT on the day of completion up to a year of our signed terms of agreement.
Overseas Property
For property purchased overseas, the success fee of 1.25% of the purchase price, 50% is payable two weeks before notary signing/completion, and the following 50% on day of completion, plus VAT of the 1.25% of the purchase price for any property introduced to you by ourselves or our partner agents.
Should you purchase through another agent a property shown to you by ourselves or our partner agents, you will be charged 1.25% plus VAT on the day of completion up to a year of our signed terms of agreement.
